| The high melting point homopolypropylene resin produced by Sinopec’s ring pipe process has the advantages of high crystallinity, high rigidity, high strength, high modulus, good heat deformation resistance, and good transparency. The product molding period is short. It is mainly used in the injection molding of thin-walled fast food boxes, packaging boxes, finishing boxes, cups, food containers and other products. |
Packing & Storage
| Packing | Packed in cloth bags or polypropylene woven bags lined with plastic film bags, each bag is 25kg. | |||||||
| Storage | Stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, do not stack in the open air, and do not be exposed to sunlight. | |||||||
| Transportation | Sharp tools such as iron hooks are prohibited during transportation, loading, and unloading. During transportation should be kept clean, dry, and equipped with compartments or clothes. It shall not be mixed with sand, broken metal, coal, glass, etc. during transportation. | |||||||

Synthetic Route
| With high-purity propylene as the main raw material and ethylene as the copolymer monomer, a highly active catalyst is used to produce polypropylene powder by gas phase reaction at 62℃~80℃ and pressure below 4.0MPa, and then dried, mixed, squeezed, granulated, sieved, and homogenized into polypropylene particles. |
