| Propylene butyl copolymer polypropylene BOPP special resin PPR-FT03-S Introduction: PPR-FT03-S is a random polypropylene resin with butene as the copolymer monomer produced by the domestic second-generation ring tube process, which has good transparency and gloss; compared with the general ethylene-propylene random copolymer, there are fewer soluble substances and good processing continuity; the bending modulus is high, and the produced film has good stiffness. Uses: Mainly used for high-speed stretching of BOPP film. |

Synthetic Route
| With high-purity propylene as the main raw material and ethylene as the copolymer monomer, a highly active catalyst is used to produce polypropylene powder by gas phase reaction at 62℃~80℃ and pressure below 4.0MPa, and then dried, mixed, squeezed, granulated, sieved, and homogenized into polypropylene particles. |
