| Propydin co-polyetryal transparent injection molding special resin PPR–MT18-S Introduction:PPR-MT18-S is a random copolymer resin with butene as the copolymer monomer produced by the domestic second-generation ring tube process. It has less n-hexane extract and has advantages in food and pharmaceutical packaging; high transparency, good processing fluidity, suitable for injection molding to prepare all kinds of transparent household items; high thermal deformation temperature, more suitable for microwave oven heating and thawing. Application: Mainly used for transparent food and medicine outer packaging, especially for oily food; various transparent household storage and storage products, especially products that can be used for microwave heating. |

Synthetic Route
| With high-purity propylene as the main raw material and ethylene as the copolymer monomer, a highly active catalyst is used to produce polypropylene powder by gas phase reaction at 62℃~80℃ and pressure below 4.0MPa, and then dried, mixed, squeezed, granulated, sieved, and homogenized into polypropylene particles. |
