| Introduction: UT8012M is a random copolymerized transparent polypropylene resin produced by domestic second-generation loop tube technology. It has ultra-high transparency, which is 30%~40% higher than ordinary transparent PP; high gloss, no fluorescent agent, no odor, Suitable for food contact; wide processing window, high heat distortion temperature, low processing temperature, fast molding speed; molding cycle can be shortened by 5%~10%, good rigidity and toughness balance, etc. |

Synthetic Route
| With high-purity propylene as the main raw material and ethylene as the copolymer monomer, a highly active catalyst is used to produce polypropylene powder by gas phase reaction at 62℃~80℃ and pressure below 4.0MPa, and then dried, mixed, squeezed, granulated, sieved, and homogenized into polypropylene particles. |
