Synthetic Route
1. Sulfonation, using 150-500SN base oil from petroleum refineries as raw material, using SO3 gas sulfonation;
2. Extraction and separation, using alkyl alcohol as the extraction agent, according to the weight ratio of acidic oil: alkyl alcohol=0.5~10;
3. The second sulfonation, after the oil is extracted and dehydrated, the second sulfonation is carried out;
4. Neutralization and concentration. The lower liquid extracted by the extractant for the first sulfonation and the second sulfonation is dissolved in an alkyl alcohol with a solid inorganic base. After the dissolution is complete, neutralize, and concentrate by distillation after neutralization. Petroleum sulfonate products are prepared after the alkyl alcohol is evaporated.Increase the oil recovery rate by 19-24%. |
